As a husband and wife team, we work together to stage and photograph each property. Cody is behind the camera, and Emily makes sure that the property looks its very best - adjusting lighting, straightening picture frames, etc. Our photography style emphasizes creativity, natural light, and textures. For realty images, we use the highest quality Canon cameras, lenses, and tripods to capture a property in its natural beauty to make it look open, warm, and inviting. We have done work for small hotels, realtors, and large box stores for advertisements on Google and on websites.

Why do we price by the list price and not by square foot?
Not all square feet are created equal. We have found that houses with higher list prices are often the result of more interesting and complicated architecture with more angles and details to capture in the photos. Therefore, more expensive properties, even smaller ones, take more time, energy, and creativity. Our pricing structure reflects this attention to detail and investment in the property.
